PUBLIC NOTICE

The Union City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Monday, August 28, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 5047 Union Street, to make recommendations to the Mayor and Council on the following matters:

• REZN 2017-0004 Royal South Pkwy. - The applicant, Lincoln Property Company, would like to rezone +/-24.60 acres located at 0 Royal South Pkwy., from Office – Institutional (O-I) to Light Industrial (M-1).   A copy of the proposed project shall be available at the Union City Community Development Department for inspection by the public.

Mayor and Council will hear these requests on Tuesday, September 19, 2017, at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 5047 Union Street.
