Learn the basics of Cheerleading and dance, including jumps, motions, dance routines, and cheers. Participants between the ages of five and fourteen perform during our City football and basketball league games. Girls will participate from the beginning of Football Season in July until the end of Basketball Season in March. A valid birth certificate is required and participants must pass a physical exam.
