The Police Department welcomes civic and student groups to tour the Department or to request an on-site demonstration. Presentations are age appropriate and fun, yet informative about personal safety, stranger danger, substance abuse, and many other topics.

Groups will learn about the Police Department’s responsibilities, equipment used, and safety procedures through activities that are both fun and educational. An average presentation is approximately 30 to 40 minutes.

Tours and on-site demonstrations are offered by appointment only and conducted during the Department’s business hours which are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requests must be made at least ten days in advance.
